The Sol Plaatje Municipality (SPM) has issued a call for expressions of interest from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), entrepreneurs, and informal traders seeking affordable office space at the newly established Greenpoint Business Development Centre (GBDC)
This initiative aims to support business growth by providing dedicated spaces for operations within the municipal area.
Eligible business types include:
- Coffee shops
- Water/ice shops
- African cuisine/copy/internet shops
- Phone repairs/accessories shops
- Biltong or snack shops
- Arts & crafts shops
- Perfume/fragrance shops
- Boutique clothing shops
- Beauty spas/nail bars
Any other enterprise aligning with the facility’s theme may also be considered, provided it forms part of the overall development objectives.
